A graduate of Penn State University, Hayley Ninnis holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is pursuing a master’s degree in leadership development from Penn State Great Valley. In her free time, Hayley Ninnis enjoys practicing yoga, and has even completed a yoga teaching course at Power Yoga Works in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Power Yoga Works offers a 200-hour teacher training course rooted in Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Top-rated by the Five Star Yoga Alliance, the certification program trains participants on ways to teach power yoga. The course takes place on weekends at the Malvern facility in Chester County, and students can make up missed courses if they cannot attend every weekend.
The training covers a variety of topics, including postures and their Sanskrit names, sequencing of postures, yoga assisting techniques, demonstration principles, ethics for yoga teachers, and the business of yoga. Power Yoga Works guarantees that participants will find students following the training, and some participants begin teaching after only one semester of 60 hours of training.
