Outside of her professional role as a customer service representative and designer, Hayley Ninnis enjoys diverse hobbies. Besides sports and art, Hayley Ninnis was taking the Vinyasa Yoga teacher certification class from Power Yoga Works in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Power Yoga Works provides interested candidates with all the tools to become certified Vinyasa Yoga instructors. The training educates students on all aspects of yoga, including the physical poses, the business of operating a class, and curriculum-building techniques. In this way, teachers who complete the course possess the tools to provide constructive feedback in a calming, rigorous workout space.
The class costs $1,500, and teaching sessions take place at Power Yoga Works’ studio on weekends. On average, students complete the class after 60 hours of instruction, but they can also take the full 200-hour version to become a member of the Yoga Alliance registry. Upon completion, newly minted instructors can begin teaching classes at Power Yoga Works or another facility.
